Product Description

This advanced 4WD controller combines intelligent safety features with
customizable options, ensuring a smooth and efficient 4WD experience
tailored to the user's preferences.

■ Compatible with 2012+ Ford powertrain swaps using an automatic transmission and BorgWarner transfer cases.

Important Note: The automatic transmission must be controlled by the engine ECM.

■ All units come pre-configured for 5.0L engines with the 10R80 transmission or 7.3L engines with the 10R140 transmission using a Ford
Performance Control Pack.

■ This controller will also work with other 2012+ Ford powertrain swaps using OEM ECMs.

Note:?In rare cases, the controller may not function correctly with some 2012-2017 OEM ECMs; configuration instructions will be
provided if the controller fails to function.

Intelligent Shifting Control

■ Ensures shifts are executed only under optimal and safe conditions by utilizing real-time data from the engine ECM.

■ Features shift motor load sensing to protect the controller, wiring, shift motor, and drivetrain from potential damage.

■ Provides a precise signal to the transfer case clutch for seamless and smooth 4WD engagement, enhancing driving comfort and
reducing mechanical stress

Ease of Installation

Designed for straightforward and user-friendly installation:

■ Plug-and-Play Design: The system features a plug-and-play design with pre-wired components, reducing the need for complex electrical work. Only power, ground, and CAN bus connections are required.

■ Minimal Tools Required: Only basic hand tools and a few specific drill bits are required to complete the installation.
