Hand-Welded Boyd Welding Aluminum Fuel Tank

Material: .125 Aluminum

Capacity: ~20 gallons

Vent: 1/2" NPT Vent

Baffles: 2 internal baffles to cut down on fuel slosh

Dimensions: Fits between stock frame rails and cross member

Fill Location: Center fill with a threaded cap

Fuel Pump Assembly:

Mustang GT Pump: Handles up to 500 horsepower, ideal for naturally aspirated setups (most of our builds use this pump!)

Shelby GT500 Pump: Ready for supercharged builds, supporting up to 850 horsepower.

Built-In Fuel Level Sensor:

No extra sending unit needed—this pump has it all, straight out of the box.

Safety Rollover Vent:

Keeps your tank safe with a ball-check valve that prevents fuel leaks and controls slosh during normal driving.

Center Fill Design:
